JAL now offers beef curry at the Narita international lounges from 10am

When reading trip reports on Japan Airlines (JAL) lounge service at Tokyo Narita (NRT), almost everyone would praise how tasty the special beef curry JAL offered on its lunch and dinner menus is. Due to its extreme popularity, JAL decided to offer the beef curry from 10am in the morning from February 27 2013, an hour earlier than before.

So those who usually miss out on this curry due to morning departure can now enjoy the curry during breakfast time as well. Passengers who will mainly benefit on this are those flying to Europe and the East Coast of the USA. Now they would have more time to savor this dish.

To me it's just regular Japanese curry but maybe some those who aren't used to the Japanese curry find it special :P Now I usually just skip the curry dish if I am flying in premium class. Why fill up yourself while there's a delicious fine dinning restaurant BEDD - SKY AUBERGE by JAL up in the sky :P

But I have no idea why JAL doesn't just offer it from 7:30am when the lounges open. After all Japanese are used to having rice for breakfast. You can usually find curry, one of Japan's national dishes, on the breakfast menu at fast food restaurants :)
