JAL to bring back the original Sky Time Kiwi for a limited time only

One of the most popular drinks served on Japan Airlines (JAL) flights have been the JAL Original Drink - Sky Time. It is the 3rd most popular drink in the economy cabin after beer and wine. JAL first started serving Sky Time on international routes on January 15 1992 and expanded that to the domestic routes by the end of March. So this year actually marks the 20th anniversary of Sky Time :) During the past 20 years, there have been changes in Sky Time and some passengers have expressed that they missed the original kiwi flavor. And because of that, JAL has decided to bring back the original kiwi flavor for a limited time only!

About a year ago, Japan Airlines (JAL) launched something called the AIR SERIES on its international flights. Through tie-ups with well-know Japanese restaurants and food chains, JAL has created a series of special in-flight meals for its passengers. The first of the AIR SERIES was the AIR MOS BURGER, which is a teriyaki beef burger collaborated with MOS Burger and is served between June and November 2011 on select flights. To celebrate the anniversary of the AIR SERIES, it's only fitting for JAL to collaborate with MOS Burger again.

More RAC routes will be eligible for mileage accumulation and award redemption
Japan Airlines (JAL) has announced a JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) service improvement that will expand the number of Ryukyu Air Commuter (RAC) routes that are eligible for mileage accumulation and award redemption from July 1 2012.

JAL to increase capacity on Tokyo-Vancouver route from October 28 2012
Japan Airlines (JAL) will increase the capacity on its daily Tokyo Narita (NRT)-Vancouver (YVR) route from October 28 2012 due to increase in demand. Currently JAL deploys its latest 767-300ER with MAGIC-V and JAL Skyrecliners on this route but will switch to 777-200ER with MAGIC-III and Skyluxe.
