JAL Mileage Project 2010 - Added benefits and campaigns for JALCard holders

There are 5 exclusive campaigns Japan Airlines is running for JALCard holders. There are two discounted award ticket campaigns, two mileage bonus campaigns and one Fly On Point bonus campaign. These are some of the ways JAL trying to thanks their loyal customers and to lure other passengers back from other carriers. OK, so there are loves for the elites and JALCard holders. But where is the love for holders of other cards e.g. Premio, Hang Seng, etc? I want the bonus FOPs campaign! Maybe JAL include current JMB elites too? :(

JALCard Domestic Award Tickets
JALCard holders can save 1,000 miles and 500 miles when they redeem domestic award tickets during the standard mileage and discounted mileage periods respectively. The standard mileage period is between April 12 2010 and March 31 2011. Discounted mileage periods are April 12 2010 - June 10 2010 and November 24 2010 - February 28 2011. The blackout dates for discounted periods are April 29 2010 - May 5 2010, and December 25 2010 - January 3 2011. JALCard members can take advantage of this campaign even if they are not flying themselves. But this award is only redeemable through JAL website. For details, you can refer to JAL website.

JALCard International Award Tickets
This is the equivalent of the JALCard Domestic Award Tickets campaign. JALCard holders can save 20% on standard mileage awards and 10% on discounted mileage awards. The standard mileage award campaign runs from May 10 2010 till March 31 2011. The discounted mileage awards campaign available for Korea, China and Asia routes runs from May 10 2010 till June 30 2010 and from December 1 2010 till February 28 2011. Discounted mileage awards campaign for all other regions runs from May 10 2010 till May 31 20010, and from December 1 2010 till February 28 2010. JALCard Family Bonus Miles
Registration is required for this campaign. Registration ends at 23:59 (Japan Time) on April 15 2010. JALCard family members who have registered for this campaign can earn double mileage on flights between March 15 2010 and April 15 2010. All fares that earn JMB miles are eligible for this campaign. All JAL and JALways international flights, including code share flights operated by other carriers, all JAL, JTA, JEX, JAC and HAC domestic flights and RAC's Naha - Kume/Miyako/Yonaguni, and Ishigaki - Miyako/Yonaguni are eligible for this campaign. JALCard First Flight Bonus
This is the campaign which is also available to JMB Most Frequent Flyers. For details of this campaign, you can refer to my other post.

JALCard Fly On Bonus
Registration is also required for this campaign. JALCard holders (excluding corporate JALCard holders) can earn 10%-20% extra Fly On Points depending on the type of cards you hold. CLUB-A, CLUB-A Gold, JAL Diner cards holder can earn 20% extra FOPs while regular card and navi card holders will earn 10% FOPs bonus. This campaign applies to flights between April 1 2010 and December 31 2010. All fares that can accumulate JMB miles are eligible. Eligible routes include all JAL and JALways international flights, all JAL, JTA, JEX, JAC and HAC domestic flights and RAC's Naha - Kume/Miyako/Yonaguni, and Ishigaki - Miyako/Yonaguni flights.
