Looks like Japan Airlines (and All Nippon Airways) have to wait a tad longer for the 787's they ordered. Boeing announced another delay on the 787 program due to a design fraud found during ground testing.

Basically they have to bend the wings until they break. This is to test how much force they can stand (this is especially important during turbulence). If the wings can't hold the load? Oh well, just watch till the end of the video and imagine what if you are flying in the plane when this happens.
At least they find it now and not after they have seen the first accident.
